Mr. Laxmipathi Raju
Mr. Laxmipathi Raju aged about 67 is a graduate in CIVIL ENGINEERING, having more than 45 years’ experience in field of Construction especially in residential buildings. He started his career as a JUNIOR ENGINEER in Roads and Buildings Department with Andra pradesh Govt in the year 1977. He served the department till the year 2002 in various capacities. During his tenure he had been deputed to different departments like VUDA, Police Housing Corporation, APIIC and Steel Plant etc.. This deputation helped to gain more knowledge and work experience.
He has taken Voluntary retirement in the year 2002 with the idea of starting his own ventures to help the middle-class family by providing affordable residential units. After his retirement he executed number of projects with various Companies and Firms as executive partner and executive director in private sector and gained more working experience.
After his successful 8 years’ experience in the private sector, he started his own venture, M/s. Surya Shakti Green Lands (P) limited in the year 2004-05.

Mr. Anil Kumar Cherukuri
Anil Kumar Cherukuri, aged about 40 years, is graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University. After graduation, he worked in software sector for 9 years. He worked in the IT industry in various capacities. During his assignment he was travelling a lot to various countries. He was in Singapore for more than 6 years. During his stay in Singapore, he used to watch the infrastructure development happening and various skyscrapers in Singapore.
This silent watching slowly developed in to passion towards construction and finally he decided to join his father business. He joined the company as director and presently taking care of Administration, Execution activities and accounts.
